Character Concept: Rami

Rami in his more everyday comfortable clothes. Through iterations, I explored various casual clothes Rami might wear. For these clothes, I decided to lean more towards minimal layers as the story is set in Cairo, which is very warm. After exploring color schemes, I ended up on faded blue jeans and a pink shirt as the brighter, pastel pant colors lean towards a more younger look than I wanted to portray. He dons a fanny pack, mirroring his wife's crossbody bag.

Rami is a still grieving father of his daughter, Dalia. After Dalia’s death, he has lost all his hope and energy. He wears washed jeans and a casual shirt, carrying a fanny pack. He also carries a bracelet given to him by dahlia on his wrist. Feeling partly responsible for his daughter’s death, he struggles with guilt and sadness. Easily driven by emotion and feeling rather than logic and facts.
