Neb-Ankh refers to one's most prized possession, which in this world is life. Death is but a means to explore the Duat, the afterlife for the scientists in this alternate world. This frame depicts the environment of the factory, lit by a low pink light, the sarcophagi all glowing blue.
A lone worker sits in midst of the rows of corpses, working quietly as one of them. The sarcophagi are half open, half full in which the body is kept; in the same body probes are inserted for research purposes.
The factory where Nadia, Rami and Aaliyah are all employed. Here the process of death has been heavily industrialized. Factories operate for the quick and easy burial of humans dying at fast rates. In these factories, scientists and researchers inject the corpses with probes to seek insight into the other Valley, in hopes of capturing and documenting some of this paranormal world yet remaining unsuccessful. The warmth of human touch has vanished, leaving only cold machinery in its place.
