Prop Design: Sarcophagus

This modern sarcophagus is a way of keeping the human body intact while the scientists research and inject probes into it in the Neb-Ankh factory. The sarcophagus maintains the temperature of the human body and helps it stay stable. Sometimes sick people close to their death beds are also kept in sarcophagi for intense research.

The structure is inspired by Egyptian sarcophagi and along with Sci-Fi sleeping pods. The 1st design is the texture of the normal sarcophagus created by the researchers in the living world. The 2nd design, is what happens to the sarcophagus once a person passes fully into the Duat, the afterlife. The sarcophagus changes texture and also emits an otherworldly glow. The 3rd design, is that of a researcher created sarcophagus used by humans secretly in a traditional ceremonies. They have slightly altered the composition of the sarcophagus, letting nature run its course and decorating it with natural objects.
